Clearly don't go here to get an aldi mobile sim as they fail to give you your voucher code receipt then can't do anything instore of reprinting the receipt or refunding your sim, making you call aldi which you cannot call as they are all online and aldi mobile fail to answer or give you a response. I'm glad I wasted my money when YOU failed to give me both receipts! Not happy at all
Knox Aldi is well organised and clean store , easy to shop lots of variety.. conveniently located at one of Knox shopping centre entrance right next to door and car park .. easy to find shopping trolleys friendly staff … we find it very convenient to shop and in these time of rising prices .. Aldi helps a lot
Glad to be one of the first ones to be here. Dear Aldi, it’s a new store, get rid of James. He’s unprofessional, rude and simply shouldn’t be on customer facing side.
Staff are problematic but the prices do make up for it.
OPEN MORE REGISTERS!! OPEN MORE REGISTERS!! AND WHEN YOU DO OPEN THE SECOND ONE, MAKE SURE YOUR STAFF ATTENDS THAT 2ND REGISTER STRAIGHT AWAY, NOT TIDYING UP SHELVES ON THEIR WAY LIKE IT MATTERS MORE THAN SERVING AT THE REGISTERS! WORST ALDI EVER!!
