Some great bargains and good products, you just need to try and see what you like. Stores are always clean and will help customers of course within reason. Reap the $$$ benefits.
Best customer service I ever received.nWalking out of the store my bag broke and I got all my groceries on the floor including a pasta sauce bottle which broke as it hit the ground. Can’t remember his name but a staff came around immediately and assured me it was okay and helped me clean the mess. He was also so kind enough to give me a new bottle for FREE !!nnJust wanna say thank you to the amazing staff at this store!
Literally discussted!!!nI was exchanging brought it with me constructed as I did not want to pull apart, bought the box also as it was missing one small item.Was served by a young male dark hair, that's fine he said go get another and I will return and then you can get the part missing I said ok. Didn't have my card he kicked up a stink so I asked for a manager , manager came over said that's fine just do as cash all good ,them he persisted to not let me take either items!!! I said to him I have paid I will take the small item out of the box that I needed and you can keep it and the box and I'll take the box and item I put together . No no we can't do that... Them another checkout operated told me I was being rude, I merely said to her no I am not he is not listening ...nThen the guy that was serving me proceeded to tell me he thinks I should change my hair colour!!!; How rude is that!!!nTeach your staff respect!
Manager did not honour the item for free according to Aldi's policy for a higher price scanned at checkout than the displayed price. Instead she just rip the wrong price off the shelf and put a reduced price sticker on the item to hide their wrongdoings.
Worst customer service ever seen.nnVisited store twice in row and didn’t get in wanted even though website showed product available in store.nnNot even enough staff to manage store. Only 3-4 staff members on weekends which makes bad impression.
