Syaff, the manager was rude and very disrespectful when it comes to the well-being of customers. My mom was suddenly asked to check her handbag was so small and barely could fit anything just because another lady in the same checkout line was asked to do the same her bag was a small one too. Upon requesting to see the manager, as she felt offended because other people’s bags weren’t being checked, Syaff came off with his non-apologetic and non-empathetic character and said it was policy. My parents have been shopping in this Aldi for years and this was the first time my mom’s bag was checked. When questioning the about the policy and addressing the fact that only a few women were having their bags checked he then proceeded to say “if you don’t like it, you can go shop somewhere else” as if he himself was the CEO of Aldi. Is this how Aldi treats its loyal customers long-standing customers? Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous behaviour.
Convenient and tidy. Last week the store assistant wasn't very friendly, however today Brooke served me and she was polite and efficient.
Different layout compared to the highway and Glenelg store. Throws me off!. A decent place I'm just not a fan of South road so I don't often go here. Do like my ALDI
One of the better and larger well stocked Aldi stores,very neat,tidy and accessible aisles displaying a vast array of merchandise and produce across each aisle!nStock an extensive range of virtually everything you could want including groceries, meats and dairy products, as well as their various catalogue lines for which they are renown for! Overall a pleasant enough supermarket and shopping experience and I found their produce excellent and fresh! They provide for adequate parking and are open 7days! I found their staff to be friendly and helpful and their prices are excellent and competitive! Overall a great shopping experience and catered to my requirements!
Nice place to shop, but has the worst excuse for a bike rack I've ever seen in my life.
