Great customer service!nnCame into ALDI Balgowlah this morning with zero expectations of the customer service. Finding everything for my weekly groceries per usual, I decided to load my shopping to this fine gentleman with wicked hair and neat style named Rojan as I haven’t seen him before. He scanned my items lightning quick whilst conversing with me like we were old pals with great enthusiasm and charisma. During the end of our interaction, handing me a catalogue which I was very intrigued with and took it for myself to look at. I haven’t had good service like this in over 30 years in the Northern Beaches. 10/10 would come again.nn-Old pal

Very good fruit, veg and meat. Lift entry from carpark or stairs if preferred.nGood selection of all supermarket needs plus specials aisle for various products/sporting equipment/books/manchester etc

The carpark is mostly full all the time, even though there are few people inside. The stairs are a bit of pain to get to the shop, but once you get there, it's a very pleasant visit. Finally a nice scent in the store, friendly environment and at last, self serve checkouts so you don't have to wait with only a handful of items!

Store is well stocked most of the time - perhaps a 4.5 but rounded up to 5 after some cat broke off the broccoli stalk in store to save a few bucks - I seen it and had to take it for a laugh - bargain hahaha

Great products and service. Best prices. Free parking during shipping.
