Some items are low in stock. Staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately when it's raining getting to your car is an issue as there's no cover between the car parks and building.
I used to be impressed with the customer service here, but unfortunately, things have gone downhill recently. The long queues are frustrating, and the shelves are often poorly stocked. It feels like the store is no longer managed as efficiently as it once was. I hope they address these issues soon, as the decline in service is noticeable.

10/10 best Aldi worldwide. Friendly service, friendly locals, and three sizes of trolleys. This experience is an anomaly compared to suburban and city Aldi’s or all of the ones I’ve visited in Europe. Shout out to Aldi Budapest, Hungary, you need to send your staff to Dalby to learn some customer service skills.
Brilliant store. We shop here every week. Wonderful friendly staff! The fruit and veg section is great and has so many options. Love the special buys. I would like to see more options for gluten and dairy free. The store is always lovely and clean and the service at the checkout is great. The staff are only too happy to help.
