the white guy with glasses and brownish hair is so rude. i asked him a simple question if they have something in store, and he says “if it’s not in the catalogue im not looking for it” are you serious
Great supermarket, cheap prices and friendly staff, good services.nThis one that I'm reviewing is in Braybrook.nService is stars, 6 self - registers were out of order yesterday, staff count is usually low.nAccessible for anyone, including wheelchair users.nnPrices are much better than anywhere.
I've been shopping at this Aldi for years, but will seriously be reconsidering doing so in the future. Today while at the check out, a blonde female worker decided to help her self to open and rifle through everything INSIDE my backpack without asking me. I just turned around to find her in my bag!nnI would have happily opened and showed her the contents of said bag if she asked but she didn't. I get retail theft is a problem but that doesn't excuse a staff member messing with a customer's belongings.
Always stocking the store early on Saturday mornings, but only have one or two employees doing it. The vast majority of the shelves are still empty. I had to wait for 3l milk to be put out this Saturday. The aisles are partially blocked, making it difficult to move through. I would think there are better times to stock like the evening before opening.
Always happy to pass by ALDI events not planning to go.
