I go to Aldi only some of the groceries are cheaper. They have the worst customer service, which would happen when the cashier just push everything to the small area and eye staring at you to pay quicker. U wish the CEO of Aldi ever try the experience of a customer.
Midsized Aldi with your typical no frills value for money products. Service usually good with enough staff around. New self service checkouts available. Only qualms about this ALDI is the empty shelves specials usually sold out. One of the busiest Aldi store. Lots of parking available in Westfield Hurstville but it is always difficult to find one on the Aldi/Coles/Woolies level during peak hours 9.30-4.30. Try coming earlier or later.
Everyday good value quality groceries we can get from. Better to pay with cash or eftpos to avoid credit card surcharge
It's clean the staff are friendly and it often has everything. Seems to sell out or get restocked slow so grab it quick if you see what you want
Check out staff need training to be genuine and friendly not to pretend. Young male Staff from a certain country are always talking and chatting amongst each other while serving customers. Disgusting, no, A bad look for an upcoming company, YES. Products I shop there for 8s Expressi coffee capsules. Burger patties. Bread. Orange pulpy drink.
Many self serve none will take cash hence everyone is being forced to pay an ALDI surcharge on all transactions.

Store Staff called Sudix was very rude, when she asked for receipt for other store don’t even say please, when I asked which receipt you need she was rude too me. Better she should have some training for proper customer service.
I love shopping at Aldi....a full trolley of groceries for under $100. No-one can bet Aldi prices. Produce is of good quality too. Yes, some products are from overseas but there is always an Australian alternative as well....Love the Australian cold pressed olive oil, and the dairy. Last week I bought also an ergonomic office chair for $99...very very easy to assemble and very very comfortable!
