I went to Aldi Bayswater today at 10am for our Christmas shopping, upon check out I didn’t realise that you are unable to split card payments as I had a preloaded Mastercard. The young male cashier was not helpful in anyway and said the only solution was to take everything out of a very full trolley and rescan items but that would take too long and did not look like he wanted to do that at all or help us in the slightest as this was a large trolley full. I’m disappointed as this is my regular Aldi I shop and have always loved going there but after today that might change. Especially with this time of year a bit of compassion and willingness to help would have been appreciated.
Just bought a punnet of strawberries from aldi Bayswater Victoria & had to throw away half of them as they were rotten,would be good if the store checked them on a daily basis as it’s not the first time this has happened. Also change the message o n the listed phone number as I waited half an hour for someone to answer but no one did. Bad bad customer service as not everyone is compter literate.

Common brands, well priced, and international brands with quality ingredients.nnFriendly staff and professional service.nnWe definitely recommend a visit to take advantage of the savings, and to see what other products are on offer. Groceries to domestic, and house hold items.
I had a very disappointing experience at Aldi recently. When I was checking out, the cashier asked me to open my bag to check if it was empty. However, the customer behind me, who also had a bag, was not asked to do the same.nnThis inconsistent treatment made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect to be treated fairly and equally regardless of my background. Such behavior raises concerns about potential racial bias, which is unacceptable in a professional shopping environment.nnI hope Aldi can provide proper staff training to ensure all customers are treated with respect and consistency.
Went to aldi bayswater at 10am for xmas shopping, came to $420 I had a preloaded master card for $275,when it was time to pay was told by the young man cashier couldn't do split payments, he was very rude and didn't even try to help me and my daughter sort the situation,no suggestions or help it was too much trouble for him,so not impressed ,my daughter and I are out money and especially at this time of year. Bayswater aldi is my usual go to but now will go else where.
