This train station is quite expansive and immaculately kept, with convenient elevators for disabled passengers and abundant seating areas. However, I was disheartened to discover that restrooms were not readily available. Despite scouring all platforms, I was unable to locate any facilities. It would be advantageous for the station to provide clearer signage to direct passengers to the restrooms. Additionally, the station could consider installing more restrooms to cater to the needs of the passengers.
Excellent Train Station. Lifts. Close to Coles Supermarket! A city train during the week every 15 mins & to Ferny Grove! Red Cross Across the rd! A coffee shop nearby! A sufficient carpark is available! The station has an attendant most of the day! Located at Railway Parade!
Past 6 pm it gets pretty sketchy, last time I was there there was a bunch of eshays staring at me.
Very rude platform old male worker who when you go to speak to, shuts you down and says the station is closed - before 12pm, which i do not understand.nnDid not hear what i had to say but is sitting in the office, on a personal call using the workers phones.nnAlso public and train toilets are for the use of public people catching trains not for the personal use of only the platform worker. There should already be in place someone maintaining the bathrooms as is or do not make public toilets, make staff toilets only in a place where only staff can access so there is no conflict when it comes to human nature.
Train station is clean. Looks good. Only problem is they have one toilet and they keep it locked. Good job translink!
