The vets and nurses are a wealth of knowledge and are always welcoming. Having a sick pet is never easy but when it happens, I know my cat will be in good hands at this clinic.

Took sphinx my cat to get her teeth checked and cleaned. Lovely vets that genuinely care and followed up with a call to see if she was ok after her anaesthetic. Talked through all the options with me before the procedure so felt confident in leaving her there!!!!

Magnificent Caring Staff. All the vets and Vet nurses here are terrific. Special mention to Dr Michelle who has seen us through many highs and lows of pet ownership. And Donna the magical treat lady that looks after each of the patients with such loving care. All of the vets are thorough, take time to listen and are genuine in their approach. Amy the groomer is brilliant too! If you are in the area this vet practice is simply the best!

Took our 10 week old Jack Russell to Alderley Enoggera Vet for her puppy vaccination as recommended by a friend and were extremely satisfied! The ladies are fantastic! Gave our pup a snuffle mat filled with treats that she loved so much we purchased! Bonus because it was hand made, we love to support small business! We received so much puppy information and will definitely be back! Thank you Alderley Enoggera Vets!

Absolutely love them. They've always seen us when we needed them, really good at making sure worst cases get seen. They are super gentle and kind with our cats, and give us tons of detail about what's happening, including quoting everything in as much detail as possible before you agree to it, and giving you options without compromising care. Tons of follow up care and check ins and they really seem to care about your animals. The only reason I hesitate to recommend them is pure selfishness - I want them to myself!

We have been customers of this practice for many many years. Recently it's been disappointing that you can never get an appointment when there is a problem. Sometimes up to a week for an appointment. Yesterday I had an emergency with my dog and in the middle of the day I couldn't take my dog to her regular vet for treatment. I had to go to an emergency vet for treatment. I would understand after hours emergencies need to be treated else where but I would expect that my regular vet could see my animals in an emergency during business hours. If you are in surgery have a vet on stand by !!!! I might add that 24 hours later I have not recieved a phone call to see if Charlie is ok.

Not my usual vet but they arranged a last minute appointment for my cat Buddy, who was really unwell. They really cared for Buddy and did all they could during the appointment for him and also put in place a long term plan for him. I think I've found my regular vet. 10/10 would recommend.

The vets are Wonderful, caring, full of accurate knowledge . Vet nurse's are compassionate and kind , friendly and make you feel at ease when your pet and you need reassurance. Glad I found this clinic. Would highly recommend .

The vets and vet techs at this clinic are fantastic, without a doubt. Over the years I've been bringing my cat here, they've worked with us to get her the most appropriate treatments, performed multiple surgeries, managed her fear and trauma, and offered tons of advice as needed. My cat's a complex case and has been a real jerk to them due to her fear of vets, and they've been nothing but caring and positive in their treatment of her. I've moved to the Southside and I still bring her here because there's absolutely no better vets and vet techs for her. 100% would recommend.
