as a graduate of Albany rise primary i had an amazing experience from Prep to year 6! teachers where great, principal, and assistant principal where also really good.
A great school with wonderful teachers and a lovely community. My children are happy here and that is what matters most.
Albany rise primary school is an excellent school in the local community. The teachers do an excellent job motivating the students to grow and develop as a whole individual. The communication through class dojo works effectively. They are led by an effective leader, Mrs.Judy Drew. It's an inclusive school with a good group of support staff. I highly recommend this school to anybody.
EDIT: As a graduate of this school, I was not impressed. The punishment protocol is lacking, the incompetence of the teachers to resolve issues in a justifiable manner is absolutely shocking, the education given was quite barebones and the teachers had little to no classroom management. I made somes friends, but lost my sanity. This school is most certainly not fit for your child if you consider taking them here. Try another school.
We have just started our fourth academic year at the school. During this time we have encountered some amazing teachers, have happy children and made some great friendships with the the other school families.
Both my kids go to Albany Rise. They love the school and the teachers there.
A lot of good memories looking back on it, still some bad experiences but overall it was decent. Also hi Jesse if your reading this, I would give out my phone number to you but I probably can’t on here sorry.
