Big skatepark, pretty fun. Concrete is a little old/worn in places. Two pools that are a bit beyond my level. Spacious. The feature with the rail is part pebble-crete, which doesn't seem like the best choice. Overall it feels like a more advanced park. Absolute beginners could go down some of the flat ramps but have limited use of it.nnI left a video overview of the park here on Google maps.nnPark #17 of the 173 skateparks I am looking to explore in and around Brisbane. Good news the refurb is done, the peeps at Convic did a good job!
Nice little skate park, plenty of thrashed shoes in the trees and a little bit of rubbish around this morning, seems well designed, 2 bowls, 1 with 5ft ramps and one with 7ft ramps as well as a few shoulders and alot of stuff to grind including the long rail down from the street.. Didn't bring my bike so I'm a bit spewing I didn't get to have a ride but all the scooter kids and there mums seem to like it there.. Also a cool train right behind it that would be good for riding if it ever runs dry, there was a bit of water running thru there today tho..
Good that its less busy than other places, can be a bit advanced with the two bowls and it's a bit old but this old skater and his kids had fun
No close parking unless you want to walk over the water drain. Fairly small but does have nice grinding areas.
