Terrible experience, I experienced medical negligence some doctors these days are careless it scary. I had surgery and what was promised to be done was not, it was a waste of surgery and I got more scar tissues for unnecessary too much surgeries ... Assoc Prof Abbott failed to advise of certain problems which was noticed by another doctor due to that i lost **** and suffered guys don't waste your time or put yourselves at such high risk during what should be a sensitive important beautiful time see someone who is good smart and caring! 10 years of experience in medical I would not recommend associate prof Jason Abbott. The receptionist Kara is rude and if you have surgery post op is terrible if there is complications they ignore you.

I had a lovely experience with Alana Healthcare. The ladies at the front desk were always helpful, in person and over the phone. No matter what question I had, they went above and beyond, and always got back to me with an answer. Dr Erin Nesbitt-Hawes did my laparoscopy and made herself available after my surgery when I had questions. All in all, very helpful and accommodating team.

Dr Jason Abbott and team dealt with my first laparoscopy for my endometriosis very smoothly. Taryn Hallam is a great pelvic physiotherapist, she made me feel at ease and was very experienced and knowledgeable.

The practitioners and staff at Alana Healthcare are professional, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, experienced and extremely skilled. It has been very refreshing to be treated with respect and dignity. *The parking across the road is also very helpful!!
