Excellent customer service by a guy named Leon! Food was amazing, big proportion and cheap prices. They have a big menu selection and tasty food.

Ummmmm wow!! What an absolute YUMMO place to go, fantastic value too. I guess the picture says it all - not a spot of food left on the plate

I was deeply surprised. The establishment is clean and beautifully presented. However, this is not replicated in the staff. The discrimination of race is for low life's, and apparently for the staff working in this store. I shouldn't be placing a lunch order and seeing other patrons of the same nationality as the shop staff ordering 10-15min after I have ordered to receive their food 10mins before me. Otherwise the food is delicious. But the staff need to grow up and get with the new age.

Underwhelming is all I can say. This once great place has dropped standards big time. Traditional chicken and chips with a middle eastern twist - it was fantastic.  We might get take-a-way once a fortnight we want it to be good. Every element of the meal was poor from soggy undersized chips, the smallest chicken I have seen and clearly 2 day old salad. Might of had an off night? Shame we won’t be back considering the countless other options around coburg.

Got delivery through eat now... excellent choice. Chicken was beautiful and dips and bread fantastic. Chips were a bit soggy but i cant complain as the chicken was piping hot when it arrived. This was a first time order and i will be back

It's really so diliciou and agree it's the best chicken you might taste in Melbourne. Prices are fair. Service 3.5 star but overall you should try it.

Just OK, was looking for the best Lebanese charcoal chicken in Melb and someone told that this place was same as Al-Jannahbest so far in Sydney so went to try but not really the same... not even the garlic sauce.., hence the quest continues

place is ok. Staff could learn to smile. No comparison with Melville Road Shik Shak down the road. Copying their menu is also NOT cool.

average food and bad service, we waited more than 45 min for a whole grilled chicken and they weren't that busy, not coming again! walk down the street to Fahitas, better service and food.
