Idk why it has so many bad reviews. I ordered using uber eats and had my pizza on my table 15 minutes later. It is not sooo good but it was oka and hot. Garlic bread is amazing.
Al Capones is great for a decent pizza with excellent value. The pizzas are large and they are never stingy with ingredients. If you are a fan of an old school Supreme or The Lot then I highly recommend ‘The Untouchable’. It’s tasty as. Yeah you can go somewhere else for a traditional Italian thin base at $26 per person and sure they are nice but if you just want a regular pizza then you can’t go too far wrong at Capones.
I ordered off of them via a food delivery service and it was a nightmare. They claimed to have cancelled my order because the listing on menu log didn't match their offer. The only thing is that they accepted the order and I received no notice that my order had been cancelled. After 30 mins I called the pizza shop after noticing a difference between the receipt and the deal on the site. They initially said I didn't have an order. Then they said they cancelled it and I need to call menulog before hanging up on me. They honestly couldn't care less about the mistake
This is my favourite local pizza. There’s no better comfort food that getting a massive mushroom pizza and pigging out with your mates. A lot of reviews are complaining about delivery. We usually use Uber eats and it takes as long as anything else. Taste is always great, even better heated up the next day.
Love this Pizza place only one that offer very large pizza for an affordable price. Great range and delivery is free an quick. Great customer service if there are any issues with the order. New Yorker size is a great option for entertaining.
Waited 30 minutes for a Single large with the lot. Service terrible. Pizzas no good. Pizza was hot and pineapple was cold...wonder why.... It was a lot without the lot..no prawns no anchovies no pepper. Coles brand frozen pizza is better......... Also pricing is very expensive compared to quality.
This place is about 100 meters from my house. Ordered a pizza from here a while ago and was quoted 20 minutes for delivery. An hour and a half later my pizza arrived. It was cold, folded in half and looked like it had originally been made by someone trying to multi task making pizzas and having gigantic seizures. Haven't been back there since but to top it off I was walking the shop the other day and saw a rat that could have easily taken on a medium sized dog run out of the shop. Don't support terrible pizza. Don't eat here.
Pizza 50 minutes late. Tried calling the restaurant when it was 20 minutes late, to have the wrong order repeated to me and to be told it was 5 mins away before being hung up on. After 30 minutes I tried to cancel ordered through Eatnow. Had to wait on hold for 20 minutes as the restaurant apparently kept telling Eatnow that the driver was physically at my door impossible as I am in a secure building and they need to use the intercom to access the building. After 50 minutes Eatnow finally believe me, and I'm told I have to wait 3-5 days for my credit card to be refunded. I never write reviews, but feel like I should warn people about this.
Worst service ever, our pizzas took 1 1/2 hours to arrive after phoning them 3 times and told 3 different times, they finally arrived cold and soggy as well as the driver parked illegally and refused to enter my building so I had to go down stairs to greet him where he didn't have change from $50 for around $40 dollars worth of pizzas, so I ended up taking the little change he had. Do yourselves a favour and find anther local pizzeria.
Possibly one of the worst pizza places i have experienced, both in terms of food and service. I made a phone order for pizza, nachos, and a bottle of pepsi. i was quoted a one hour wait time, just over 2 1/2 hours later i received a freezing cold soggy and mushy pizza, cold soggy nachos corn chips, tiny amount of salsa and small amount of sour cream - NO CHEESE NO AVACADO and the wrong soft drink with no explaination. i called to complain, was talked over an abused by manager and hung up on before i even had time to get worked up and rise my voice back!. NEVER AGAIN - AVOID
