Stayed with a group of friends and we all agreed outside of the location this place was very disappointing. Rude staff that don't care about their customers being happy. We went to the markets and bought a bunch of food to cook only to find the oven broken. They offered 50 dollars compensation and denied knowing the oven was broken. The staff do not care about the people that stay there because it is not a hotel. Great location but if you want to actually receive good service go elsewhere.

We had a large group booking requiring almost 30 apartments for our synchronized skating club and Michael and his team made organising this so much easier than it could have been. They were friendly, helpful and courteous, keeping us informed of any changes and helping us resolve them. Thanks team for your wonderful service!

I recommend Apartments at Docklands as the staff were extremely professional and friendly, they went that extra mile to find suitable accommodation that was within my budget. My experience was hassle free as their customer service was second to none. Corresponding through email and telephone was efficient and all queries were answered in a timely manner. They provided a fantastic service which made my stay perfect.
