Came here after the museum visit for late lunch. Definitely the Japanese corner unless you want Korean ‘super egg’ or Aussie ‘coffee crowd’.  The bentos here are great. Salad and the meat and some fruits. Comes with miso soup and you get a complete Japanese meal.  But the ramen was a little disappointing. Soup base is good but the ramen looks little pathetic.  But we would come Back for the Dons and Bentos.

Extremely rude staff . I asked kindly for a small bowl so my 3 children can share the meals . 2 staff both came to abused me about getting a bowl . The kitchen hand said this is a food court! You have a reason but I can’t give u a bowl !  The waitress spoke to me in front of a pile of bowls, she shouted NO!   I was making a scene out outside of the store until the kitchen hand gave up and gave me a bowl ! Will not shop there again and the manager needs to know that the girl in the stripy shirt with long hair and wearing a hair clip is playing on her phone most of the time while there are no customers , she is not interested in working here today at all  Kid-friendliness: Noope ! Kids are not welcomed

The udon was really good, but as others have mentioned the service is terrible. The young woman at the front barely ripped her eyes away from her phone to serve me and there was no emotion to the interaction. Can't understand why you'd work in customer service if you don't want to help people. Your food is good but the lack of service lets you down. Do better.

Food is mediocre to be put it nicely. The customer service is one of the rudest I've ever encountered. I've visited about a dozen times and it just never got better. Until today I had a really extraordinarily rude experience. Not worth your effort especially there is a much better sushi place literally 10 meters from this place.

Very under staffed. Busy weekend 1pm only 1 lady at front doing everything. Only 2 ppl in front of me but I waited for 5 min before getting ordered! Moreover, I thought having a meal here and 2 sushi rolls take away for dinner, but after I said a meal, the lady just directly pressed the money without asking me if I would like to have anything else. Ok, if that’s what you wish. I wouldn’t bother you.

Food was acceptable, but the service was disappointing. It took too long to get food ready, and the staff was too just rude by showing no apology.  We def won't come back again and won't suggest anyone to come here if they don't improve their customer service.Food: 3/5

Wasn’t busy when we visited this place . Ordered the chef special and it took soo long to come out.  Do not recommend if you want it in your lunch break.

I ordered the carage chickens the owner informed me that they pre-cook it prior to service or the day before and put it in the fridge to save time and then Reece quiet it was horrible the Japanese pancake was good and fresh stay away from the carriage chicken the sushi was what you would expect good.

Asked for Salmon and avocado, we got the salmon but the avocado was non-existent, way too much mayonnaise and terrible customer service, don’t go here!!!
