Airfix have gone above and beyond in terms of service for us. First, they saved us a ton of money by fixing a manufacturing fault in our Ducted system. Returned when it failed again and didn't charge (restarted due to heater shutdown), and then helped identify our gas regulator was a seperate problem. Airfix then assisted with getting the gas company to replace the faulty regulator (through an hour-long call-centre call). We highly recommend them!

Great service. Great price. After finding more damage than anticipated provided quote to replace all ducts. Got other quotes and was on par with others who only wanted to repair. After service care was fantastic. Ensured all repairs were working to my satisfaction. Highly recommend

I've used them several times within the last 7 years to service&repair split systems,space heaters,ducted heating and recently duct cleaning. No matter which technician attended, I've always been happy with their customer service,promptness,workmanship and pricing.
