The Air Force Museum has a great amount of history on show as well as some iconic aircraft. Entry is free but there is the options to pay to see even more. There are serval interactive exhibitions which can keep the kids entertained for a while. The cafe was reasonably price and had a good selection to choose from
A stunning piece of NZ history. The stories are poignant, simply told and the aircraft carry well founded fame throughout the world. Interactive games for kids and young at heart as well as cafes and souvenir shop. This museum can hold children's parties complete with goody bags. Not to be missed.
Wonderful surprise! Interesting, well presented exhibits, and interactive installations. I spent all afternoon here, and still need to go back to finish!
Went with three boys and they had a wonderful time. It was very interesting for the adults too! Good amount of interactivity to keep everyone engaged.
Very fun place. You must put it to your top 10 place when you are visiting Christchurch.
