Made an appointment for my son, filled out the online form stating he had a cough and did not have a rat test. Then get to the clinic to be told, that particular doctor wants a rat test before the appointment! Our options were get a rat test over the road and do a phone appointment or make another appointment. No offer to have one in the clinic and still have our appointment. It was their failure to communicate this, yet I'm paying the penalty! I wanted his chest looked at as his cough was persistent and rattly so phone appointment is not helpful! Then my option is an appointment two days later! Even if it was just one doctors request, he or the clinic should have made me aware of this BEFORE I drove over and wasted my time!
The reception staff are friendly and helpful always prompt at getting me an appointment when needed or one of the family.nWe use both surgeries and they are all great at their jobs, including having the chemist on hand next to Seaford Rd is a bonus, quick response at getting script out too.nThankyou for you service AHA staff & doctors.

Just saw Dr Matthew Parker from the Seaford Meadows clinic for the first time and he’s brilliant! Super helpful and easy to talk to. I felt like he actually listened to, understood and addressed my concerns and he really knows his stuff. I was very impressed and would 100% recommend him for both male and female patients. An absolute gem of a Doctor!
