look..if there was half a star option AGL would have had it..my 1 star is more than they deserve...don't use AGL...they disconnected my gas for having a 200 dollar bill...after 12 yrs of being with them you would have thought I was sailing off into the sunset with their money...the most disgraceful service providers...

I would like to give 0 start but I am not able. I am extremely recommended people plz don’t use this energy just you have to pay more than high bill.  I had talked everybody , experts my bills was  unnecessary high so I moved other company don’t waste time and money with bloody heal company.

When power is off..  no body home yet you still charging..  no power is on yet in 3 days 35 dollars used in power when nothing is on.. you fella just love to lie and rip people off..  so gunna  sort it  AGL  do expect  a bill..

Worst ever. Stupid people . I had the worst experience with them. Never ever in your bad dreams choose to go with AGL or you will regret from the first day.

chat client not working. Taking hours out of my day to rectify a mistake made by the power company
