My only comparison is with the Agha Juice in Narre Warren and compared to it, this was an extremely satisfying service and product. The pistachio milkshake had fresh pistachios at an abundancy and the faloodas were well made and everything was given in under 10 minutes.
I recently visited Agha Juice on Sunday and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the outset. The standard of customer service fell well below what would be considered acceptable. Upon entering the shop, no staff member attended to us for some time. When someone finally appeared, there was no greeting, no courtesy, and not a single word spoken — only a silent stare, which created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere.nnWe asked for chocolate ice cream in a cup, yet again received no verbal response, and were then served caramel ice cream in a cone instead! The shop was not busy, so the mistake could not be attributed to pressure or workload.nNone of the ice cream tubs were labelled, and it was clear the staff member did not know which flavour was which. Unfortunately, the ice cream itself was also very average in taste, which did nothing to improve the experience.nnOverall, the visit was entirely unsatisfactory. I do not intend to return, and I would not recommend this shop to anyone seeking quality service.
I had one of the worst experiences at Agha Juice Shop. The staff were unbelievably rude and acted like serving customers was a burden. The service was slow, unprofessional, and completely lacking basic courtesy. Honestly, I walked out feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Definitely not coming back – there are plenty of better places that actually respect their customers.
Not quite sure what to make of it. Went to try the falooda, while the quantity was quite good it did not taste like falooda to begin with. Maybe the rose syrup was not sufficient. The samosas tasted like the frozen kind you get at the Indian stores or coles or woolies. Not the best. The pistachio milk shake was good but could have tasted even better if they were blended rather than leaving chunks of what I assume was the pistachio.
We tried some shakes and kids liked it . The burger shop next door seems to be the same business with the same owner . Did not impressed with the quality of burger.
