Worst customer service ever. Lied to my face, altered information and some more things. First they lied and said my storage would be free for the first month and only 8$ for the next months. Then they proceeded to call the cops after confronting them about the false information. I ADVISE EVERYONE DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL GET OVER ON YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT. They over charge for storage and for U-Hauls also.
Thank you Nancy and Kip and Kip’s boss. You guys turned my bad moving day yesterday into such a better day when I returned my truck today. I don’t think you guys understand how grateful i am for what you guys didVery nice people to rent from. Will definitely be using you guys again
