The Worst Service Imaginable - An Absolute DisgracennI am writing this review out of sheer frustration. This place has the most appalling, disrespectful, and utterly terrible service I have ever encountered in my life.nnThe staff is completely indifferent to customers. They ignore you, talk among themselves, and act as if your presence is a nuisance. The waiting time is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. They have zero respect for a customer's time.nnDo not waste your time or money here. This establishment does not deserve a single customer. They are an embarrassment to the concept of customer service. Avoid at all costs.
I do not encourage buying from this store. I bought Mahmoud rice the day before, and after arriving home, which is 45 minutes away from the store, I read the balance and saw that they charged me more than that. When I returned to them and confirmed the price, my words were correct. The important thing is that the workers I spoke to do not speak or understand anything except their mother tongue, and this thing is very bad. I gave the balance to the manager, who does not even understand English. He told me to go and get the bag so that I can be sure, and I gave him the balance so that he could see the difference. In the end, the workers and the manager, John, were treated like this. They called him, as I remember, it was bad. He did not even ask for forgiveness or apology from me. It is impossible for me to go back to shopping from them. Their service is zero
You can find most Persian stuff, such as nuts, grains, tea, cakes, Carrot jam, Sour cherry jam, Pickles, Safran, Barbary, Date, and ….A wide range of meat and chicken is available. Fresh and good pastries. Good Persian bread Friendly and helpful staff.nnI bought meat was fresh.nnUnfortunately, I bought two lamb fry both were not fresh.
