I do not encourage buying from this store. I bought Mahmoud rice the day before, and after arriving home, which is 45 minutes away from the store, I read the balance and saw that they charged me more than that. When I returned to them and confirmed the price, my words were correct. The important thing is that the workers I spoke to do not speak or understand anything except their mother tongue, and this thing is very bad. I gave the balance to the manager, who does not even understand English. He told me to go and get the bag so that I can be sure, and I gave him the balance so that he could see the difference. In the end, the workers and the manager, John, were treated like this. They called him, as I remember, it was bad. He did not even ask for forgiveness or apology from me. It is impossible for me to go back to shopping from them. Their service is zero
You can find most Persian stuff, such as nuts, grains, tea, cakes, Carrot jam, Sour cherry jam, Pickles, Safran, Barbary, Date, and ….A wide range of meat and chicken is available. Fresh and good pastries. Good Persian bread Friendly and helpful staff.nnI bought meat was fresh.nnUnfortunately, I bought two lamb fry both were not fresh.
As a persian person very good shop with lots of variety and many options. I buys things every few days. I love the shop. Also the workers are so friendly and kind. So much convenient
I used to always shop at this store but just now I got a yoghurt which had a $7.49 label underneath it. When I got to the registers it scanned for $8.99, when I said it had a $7.49 label each person kept passing me to another and at the end when I talked to the manager he was very very rude! The staff had packed the items under the wrong label and the way he talked to me as a customer was very rude! He thinks he can talk to people like they do in Afghanistan, he doesn’t know we are in Australia not Afghanistan!!!! It was only $1.50 difference but he lost a customer surely! Rubbish manners. If the manager is like that I wonder what the workers would be like!
Spose its good to have diversity..But as a blonde haired , big chested, with a few tasteful tattoos...nEven if i stopped at the window to have a look in..nI could feel the distain and distress as i got stared at..nBUT the thing is.. im friendly to everyone.. Its one of my best qualities..so iv been told....! BUT its hard to think nice things when u get moguled or eyeballed by people who have migranted to a place where i was born..nAnd this isnt a post about being prejudiced...itsvabout NOT BEING RUDE.. Thankyou
