Homely taste, wonderful service by the owner, it felt like we ate at home. The portion was bigger than expected! Thankfully the owner saved us from ordering too much. The rare thing was mom liked the food so much she is a really picky one. We will definitely be visiting again.
Best Afghan kebab family platter that the boys and I have every had. Great value for money with a starter soup that was super tasty and a perfect start to the meal. This is an Afghan restaurant that cooks halal meat. There are tables inside and outside. I tried the Mutton Kebab. It was delicious and filling. They also bring salad and a little hot sauce. The staff is also very kind.
This place is a hidden gem! The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was top-notch! The mixed grill platter was a feast for the senses, with perfectly cooked meats and a delicious rice pilaf. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. If you're looking for authentic Afghani Middle Eastern cuisine in Brisbane, this is the place to go!
The atmosphere at the restaurant was quite unpleasant, with flies buzzing around while trying to enjoy a meal. It made it difficult to focus on the food. Additionally, the portions of rice served were inconsistent, with some plates having significantly more than others, despite the price being $10 for each. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that left much to be desired. The experience at the restaurant was quite frustrating. The menu I received was incorrect, which led to a misunderstanding about what I was ordering. When I brought this to the attention of the owner and the staff, they were unhelpful and insisted that it wasn't their fault, suggesting that I should have known better. This lack of accountability and customer service really diminished my dining experience. Overall, I was disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.
