I recently had my car serviced by this mechanic and I couldn't be happier. He was professional, efficient, and very thorough. Not only did he identify and fix the issues quickly, but he also explained everything clearly and transparently. My car has never run better! Additionally, the price was incredibly honest and fair. I highly recommend this mechanic for anyone looking for top-quality and reliable service at a great price.
Please don’t get your car fixed here. This guy passed my boyfriend’s car revision. All good. The car broke down after 15 days. Oh dear. Brought the car back for him to repair - I repeat that the car was supposed to be all good - and he lends my boyfriend a little car to use. Everything was all good until on Christmas Eve this car broke down in the middle of bloody nowhere in the Central Coast. We call the guy and he tells us that the insurance only covers 40km from Sydney - which we never knew - and that he won’t pay the tow truck because “it’s not worth it to him”. He doesn’t care that we are in the middle of nowhere on Christmas Eve with 1h walk get to the nearest place where we can get any food. We lost the hotel that we already paid. We are wasting precious holiday time and now WE have to pay $500 to get back to Sydney with our things. This scammer couldn’t even get HIS OWN CAR to work properly. Merry Christmas.
I wouldn’t recommend this place and after I had my bad experience I heard that others had also the same terrible experience. I had my car for almost 10 years and had never had a problem or heard about a problem with the steering wheel until going to this place and being overcharged to take out a piece that came with the car part of the car and apparently could cause an accident. None of any of other mechanics that I had been in those 10 years noticed that, only this one. After that service, the car struggles to drive and keep it straight. Also, they change the brake pads to one that does not fit properly and the car makes weird and unexpected noise when driving.
I went there to check up on my car and a few days later I got a huge problem that needed time to solve but Fernando was super helpful and fixed my car/home in 3 days. He kept me informed about everything on WhatsApp. VERY RECOMMEND IT!
