Great hospitality and warm welcoming! Would recommend this place
Attended this lovely store for present shopping this afternoon, and my experience was beyond satisfactory! The yound lady who worked there was super nice and helpful. Nice glass of tea upon arrival, gift wrapping was done for me. I could not be happier with my experience!
Had the pleasure of attending the North Melbourne store to purchase my wife an Xmas Present. Service by the gentleman in the store was excellent. Nice refreshing glass of water on entry, gift wrapping & samples for myself. Nice to see good old fashion customer service still exists.
On first glance, the store seems very minimalist - even for an Aesop store - but they seem to have all stock and testers, etc. The customer service is fantastic; very friendly and generous. Left the store feeling very pleased.
