Off the street, needed a tyre rotation and balance on the 4wd, nothing was a problem, job done immediately and professional, great costumer relationship, definitely going back in the future. Great work team.
Best tyre shop in Townsville. Unbeatable prices and excellent service from the team.
I took my car for tyre change. They did it, but they didn't even swap the direction of the tyre, so after 3 weeks, my other tyre was flat because of they even didn't think about it that if you fix new tyre then they should swap tyres. I really don't know, but by mistake, when I went there to change Tyre, then another guy told me whoever did it last time he didn't swap tyre, that's why this tyre flat. Very bad experience.
I took my campervan in to have the wheels aligned. The behaviour of the mechanic suggested he used my van for running errands on the test drive. Someone had been in the back living space as things had been moved and while the alignment was better, it was still out. I emailed the manager but got no response. Really poor service.
Straight shooters, good at their job! Fit us 2 new tyres to our motorhome while we waited.
