Great service. Chris and the team made repairs to our tin roof (replaced from tiles). They were on time, polite and did what they said. Chris was always willing to discuss issues and the job was well done.

Had a re roof from tile which was fretted and cracking terracotta to zincalume. Job was completed on time and the tradies were very informative and pleasant. Chris explained it the way it would happen and three days later I had a new roof. Mine was a simple roof being A frame and no gutters and  downpipes though. Very happy with result and price.

We had advanced roof repairs replace our tin roof. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They visited our house twice to quote us two to three days work. 

They started late because they hadn't organised the materials for our roof correctly.

Once they did start they worked literally one to three hours per day. So the two to three days became six weeks. 

In that time I made multiple phone calls to the owner, the guy doing the job and was completely unable to motivate them to finish.

The low point was probably two weeks in when a storm was due on the bureau of metrology forecast and they told me that they , as roofers, knew better and that it wouldn't rain and they didn't need to fit ridge capping to our roof. My husband had to go buy materials to climb on the roof to cover the fist size gaps to prevent the storm, that did come, damaging our house.

Once they finally finished we had two leaks. We also had a different roofer fitting range-hoods tell us what a poor quality job they did.

Although most of the work was o.k, this company did not deliver what they promised.
The work at the front of the house is of a good standard but work at the rear of the house is below par.
The wider guttering and downpipes we were told we could have, were unavailable once contract was signed (the apparent ability to provide these was one of the main reasons we chose this company).
In fairness, seeing as contract had been signed, we settled with 4 extra downpipes at the same cost but it was not what we had wanted when we signed up.
The guttering tradesman appears to have done good quality work.
The quality of work where pool heating was removed is poor, we were not told of a potential problem with tile damage and silicone marring the paint work here, or given the option to pay for extra tiles to avoid the problem. (Which we would have as it was apparently only another $500, a smallish sum considering out total outlay).
We feel the work in this area has detracted from the appearance of our house from our patio area and it is something that visitors comment on.
Company director was approached, but appears unavailable to come out and look at the completed work that we are unhappy with, which is unfortunate.
In short do not accept verbal assurances regarding work to be done, ensure every little detail is written into contract.
