I had a hydro facial today. My skin looks amazing. I know people might not believe it makes a difference BUT I look after my skin & use face mask on regular bases. Our skin still needs this extra boost. Truly worth it especially for mature skin & after the summer holidays. Thank you xxx

I had a great laser consultation with Bal! She was so knowledgable and caring towards me, and explained everything thoroughly. The whole team is very friendly and welcoming, and took time to make sure I was comfortable throughout. Reasonable prices and great location. Very happy with the service and highly recommend!
I did my deep cleanse facial at Colaz in Paddington. Bal did my facial, and she was very gentle and professional. She gave me so many tips regarding my skin care routine. I had an amazing experience. After the treatment, my skin felt really refreshed and glowing. It was such a lovely and perfect Mother’s Day treat. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!
I wish read ALL the reviews before. I did one treatment of electrolysis and it was the most inefficient one I've ever had. Not my first time doing this type of treatment. Five out of the fifteen minutes session were spent on one hair. The technician is nice but seems very unsure of what she is doing the whole time. Plucks one hair at a time, turns around to put it aside then comes back to pluck another one. The process was very slow.
I had an exceptional experience at the laser clinic. The customer service was beyond my expectations, with a personalized approach and insightful recommendations about suitable skincare products. I highly recommend this clinic for its impressive service and attention to individual needs.
I had done my Laser Treatment here at Colaz Paddington and my therapist was Bal. She is very Professional, extremely efficient and super sweet. She made me feel quite at ease when I was bit nervous at the beginning. I recommend her to anyone and everyone.
I have been attending this clinic for 3 consistent years and the customer care and therapist knowledge has never failed. Following a break in my treatment due to pregnancy I retured to find a change of management. Bal has been wonderful, kind caring, understanding and patient in continuing my treatments and accommodating me as much as she could within her capacity. She is super knowledgeable about the treatments, as well as policies and procedures which places her in the best position to offer great advice on the best treatments. I fully trust Bal with my aesthetic needs. I am treated without judgement, and Bal does her utmost best to make you the customer happy by all means within reason, as well as building the perfect professional relationship with outstanding customer service care skills. Highly recommend!!!
