I am looking at purchasing a new house and visited their yard today and was impressed by the display home. Not sure how my 3 star review came up. Please disregard that review.

100% happy with service and finished product.  Quality of build is excellent.  Professional and great to deal with, highly recommend Advance Build.

We have built two houses with them. We found then very professional and we are very happy with the outcome in each case. We would build with them again.

I would not trust this company. I was going to build a small 2 bedroom home for some elderly friends whom had fallen on hard times. I paid the deposit with a clause that if any council requirements made the project unaffordable the deposit would be refunded in full. The council made life hard so project didn’t go ahead, to get my deposit back required legal action. IN MY DEALINGS I FOUND THEM UNTRUSTWORTHY. Be warned.

Having the best experience with these guys right from the outset, me changing my mind a million times and they're so patient at every stage.  Always helpful and cheerful.

We're very pleased we selected Advance Build to build our house. Recommended.
