6 APRIL 2022 - STILL NOTHING HAS HAPPENED WITH THIS COMPANY. USELESS. Here is my post from over three weeks ago: Horrendous Massive storms that occurred in October 2021 knocked our brick fence over. My insurance company were amazing and gave the green light months and months ago. 6 months on and my neighbours insurance broker Adroit have still not completed the claim. My poor neighbour has no clothesline and we have had to look straight in at one another for 6 months. I can't give 0 starts for their services.
Adroit have acted as our insurance brokers for over ten years and their service during that time has been great - they are professional, personable and responsive and help us ensure that we have always had the right insurance in place for our needs as the organisation has grown. Of course, with insurance, you never really now how good it is until you need it. Several months ago our insurance faced its first real test and I am delighted to share that Adroit handled our claim quickly and sensibly to deliver the cover that we needed.
I have dealt With Emma Kenny on a number of different insurances and she has always been outstanding in her service, knowledge, advice and attention to detail. She is always happy to help and comes up with solutions as requested. I would say she is a very reliable person to handle your insurance needs

I had a claim for storm damage to the awning of our caravan. The claim was handled very efficiently by Emma and Sherri at Adroit. The awning was replaced and I am a happy camper!
Avoid at all costs. I've been working with Dylan - or I've been attempting to is probably a better way to put it. He didn't respond to emails for weeks, claimed that they had to locate CCTV footage when the other party involved in the claim had already advised me that they had the CCTV footage prior to passing the matter onto Adroit this has taken over three weeks now to "find" the footage, and just puts things off, probably in hopes that I'll stop following up the claim. Horrible service.
Phil Hatch and his team at Geelong have alway's been efficient and courteous to deal with. We have used them since our business was founded and would recommend their service.
