One of the most organised service departments! This department full of logical thinkers that do what they say they are going to do! This service department works how you would expect a proper service department to run. I really like the polite note on your service receipt with recommendations and a quote for replacement of general wear items. Very organised! My only regret is servicing my car with another Chrysler dealer due to location. Servicing was cheaper, easier and hassle free. Great work to Legri and Raphael for picking up and dropping off my car and Josh in service for doing everything that was promised and washing the car too. Great job to Adrian Brien!

I had my SRT Jeep in for a service over 2 months ago and that was fine, staff were helpful and service was performed without a problem. I have several carbon fiber trim panels coming off inside the car so they said they will replace under warranty, they just had to order the parts in. I said, thank you and they told me it was a 'couple of weeks' for them to come in, which I agreed to and told them to call me once they are in. I called a month ago to chase up as the trim is getting worse and I was put through to 3 different people before I spoke to someone in Parts, they had no idea what I was talking about and couldn't see that the parts were on order. I have just called again to follow it up and was put through to 3 different people again, before speaking to someone in Parts and hearing the same thing. He was helpful in that he told me they have to lodge a claim with Chrysler before ordering the parts and this can take up to a month. He said he would get someone to call me who knew what was going on. I cannot get any straight answers from calling and i really shouldn't have to follow it up. I wouldn't be following up so urgently and would be happy to wait, but its getting worse and when my wife gets into the passenger seat, she has to push the trimming back and hold it there otherwise it scratches her legs. All I would like to know is if the parts have been ordered and how long them will take to arrive, it cant be that hard. Hopefully writing this will gain some attention so I can be updated on what's happening...it shouldn't need to come to this. Here we are 9 months later and the panels still not replaced. I also need to take out 2 year extended warranty on the car, but I certainly wont be taking it out with these guys. Who thought customer service would be so hard. Its been over 12 months since I raised the issue with Adrian Brien and the panels are finally fixed. They replaced all the carbon fibre panels in the front of the car as the rear 2 only needed re-gluing. Namely, Martin Kernick from Kia was the man who made this happen so he should be thanked for the removal of a 1 star review to a 4 star review. I guess the old saying is, good things come to those who wait. Other than this terrible experience, the staff do try their best (apart from Wayne Sard who has since been dismissed) but, I do hope other customers have a better experience with Adrian Brien.

Raphael, Rick and Legri, go with these guys if you're thinking about getting a Jeep. They wont waste you're time. Great service guys.

I'm not sure what their service department is like because after three phone calls I was still not able to reach the service department to make a booking. Obviously they are so busy they don't need me as a customer and I will happily oblige.
