Fantastic assistance on purchasing a prescription mask. They had a couple of options and explained the key differences. I found it very helpful to try the masks and look through the lenses prior to purchase. They quickly fitted the lenses and I was on my way. Whilst you can purchase slightly cheaper online I'm of the opinion that since they provided my with the knowledge, service and recommendations that you should also buy from them. I was also given some advice about diving weights to go on with. All incredibly helpful.

5 stars for Dan. Daniel provided exceptional service and made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. He was super friendly, patient, and really went above and beyond to help me find the best possible solution. Honestly one of the best in-store experiences I’ve had. Huge thanks to Daniel, absolute legend! Also if you’re into spearfishing, definitely check out his YouTube channel DanDives as well lol.

Very knowledgeable staff was talking to Dan and a few others guys Dan guided me in what direction I should go in the future with spearguns and gave me some great recommendations - overall great service and also very fun looking around at all the cool gear they have

Called in advance to check availability of a wetsuit and was initially told it was in stock. Ten minutes into the 40-minute drive to the store, I received a call to say they didn't have it in stock, but they had the equivalent in another brand. When I arrived at the store, I was treated like an inconvenience to the sales rep and then told they didn't have the wetsuits in stock. Thanks for the waste of time.

The team was great, all my questions were fully answered and I ended up with some great new gear for my next diving adventure. Huge range allows for plenty of choice.
