Probably the best Hotel ever stayed in. Location excellent, but this experience was made so much better with Staff attention. Being in Disability room everything was perfect for staying . The staff ensured the stay was memorable. Great breakfast and very close to pub, Iga ,coffee shops if needed . Wheelchair accessible to everything.
Amazing stay, staff so helpful and accommodating. Room was exceptional in the old prison section, the design is beautiful. Historical location with opportunities to explore the history on site, local shopping and restaurants, cafes. Beautiful open spaces. On-site parking, tram out the front of hotel. ToonService and mini bar. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me.nThe on site Bar was a delightnThis hotel made our stay
A truly wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable rooms with views and all amenities. Helpful and friendly staff and secure parking. Not just a hotel but an adventure, historic and unique.
Was generally a fantastic experience, and very reasonably priced for how nice it is we got a premier king apartment. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.nThe location is not the best as it's kind of far away from a lot of things but that's fine. The aesthetic of the converted old prison is super cool and unique, and we loved the shopping centre next door - I recommend Cobrick Coffee inside, was a great cafe.nThe only significant negative was that the air con didn't really work, which is not great in summer. For some reason it kind of worked in the bedroom but not in the living room/kitchen area. There's a chance we weren't using the control panel for it properly but we tried every button, turned it down to what seemed to be the lowest temperature with the highest fan speed and still, barely anything. Was pretty uncomfortable.nAlso the door to the balcony was extremely heavy and stiff, very difficult to open.
Can't fault this venue . Great staff and service providers. Only a stones throw away from whatever you may need. Cool eateries & bars to boot . Must go & see if o ly for the history of the old Pentridge jail . Great venue and awesome underground pool. credit to those who designed this place .
