Quality of product is not good. Second day and my active wear’s elastic part came off. Tried online chat : advised me to contact store. Tried to call multiple times no one pick up the phone. Wastage of money.
Very good DFO and 50% discount on boxing day but unfortunately limited size was available only so didn't get my choice item
Awesome sales! And awesome stuff, although the stock was very light on- although that may be cos we went on Christmas Eve. The staff were mediocre and the store was well laid out. Sales were great though!!!
Edit after 1 year, No need to explain about Addidas, in this store you will get the top quality products and shoes and if you are lucky can get the bargain on sale but mostly for females 95% now. They used to have man's stuff as well but not anymore. Not sure why Adidas have this gender discrimination, confirmed at reception that their main focus is on female
Came in to buy some simple workout pants.nFirstly I waited a ridiculously long time for someone to come an unlock a change room.nI the. for two pants in a different size to what I had tried on..nThe tall young guy has no idea what he’s doing. Was left in the change room for more than 15 minutes all up all only to be brought a different pair of pants than what i had asked for.nWhen I told him it was different, he said “oh really” like I was wrong and walked off on me.nNo apology, no manners, and just didn’t care about helping me. So arrogant. Not sure what he’s getting paid for?nI spoke to another Customer Service person who agreed they were not what I asked for.nIt wouldn’t have been more understandable if it was busy, but they had less than a handful of customers in the store.nWhat a waste of time. I didn’t bother waiting any longer. I told them I won’t be back. Should not be that hard.
