rude service. Got shown the door out even before stepping in. Maybe they shouldnt advertise themselves as a shop if they only take certain people in.

Cant get onto the shop on line - so rang you. Apparently not your problem. Have had tech out. Can get onto any other site I want so its not my internet connection. Very unhappy customer. Im only one person but my voice is big. Very poor service.

"Do you have an appointment?" is not the way I expect to be greeted at a sportswear store. Thanks for making my experience so painfully awkward. I'm not interested in your assumed status. Exclusivity doesn't make me want something more. The sneakers I bought are awesome. I have already owned a pair over twenty years ago and they sell themselves. Don't gild the lily.

Very bad service. One star is even too much. Think it was my colour or appearance according to how others go served.

I ordered a pair of shoes which unfortunately did not fit. Requested to have the shoe exchanged to an in stock size for the same shoe. They cannot simply exchange the size shoe as apparently their warehouse isn't setup to exchange shoes (only setup to ship out and except returns)? How hard is it to simply find another size shoe and re-send? Called customer service who said you can make another purchase and wait for the credit note to go back in bank account. Out of all the brands and companies i have dealt with online, Adidas online are the worst!
