The owner feigns empathy but in reality is disingenuous, dismissive and to put it simply, disappointing. After a family member's experience here I would not recommend anyone attend this service, nor pay for what is the worst service in Adelaide. Beware - scans have 72+ hour reporting timeframes versus every other public and private provider having 24 hours max. Go elsewhere
Terrible experience at Adelaide MRI. Do yourself a favour and go straight to Fowler Simmons on Hutt St. The staff at Adelaide MRI didn’t even come close to meeting any of their Mission Statements regarding patient centred care on the day of MRI or follow-up. I contacted the owner Roger Davies. He promised to look into the situation after I provided him with a comprehensive account of our traumatic experience. He appeared sincere and apologetic in his response but one month later after contacting him again I’ve received no further contact so it appears he was disingenuous in the first instance. I should have gone to the consummate professionals, Fowler Simmons on Hutt St on the day, but the extra distance to travel was not an option because of pain. Go to Fowler Simmons if you want patient centred care with caring, efficient staff.
Thank you to Prof Roger Davies for making my very feared experience of a epidural injection one of the easiest and pain free procedures of my life. What a wonderful warm manner and put me at ease immediately. Highly recommend.
I had a wonderful experience there. The staff are so lovely. And I was bulk billed for a scan. And I got an appointment for the same day I rang. The clinic is lovely and clean too.
I have been coming to Adelaide MRI East for a number of years and have always received excellent service. I need epidural steroid injections a few times a year and would not let anyone but Prof Roger Davies do them as he has exceptional skills and has always helped my pain. The procedure is bulked billed and when you need a few a year that’s a huge bonus. The reception staff, Maisa and Kate are truly lovely, friendly and informative. I highly recommend Adelaide MRI east. I definitely won’t go anywhere if I don’t have to. :

The experience at MRI East is first class. I've had to have several ultrasound and cortisone injections over the last few months. Each time I have been treated with the utmost respect professionalism and care. Special kudos to Kate my stenographer who is incredibly competent, informative and has that manner that exudes confidence but also empathy. Dr Hughes is very reliable and Sidney at the desk is that welcoming face that will have you coming back to Adelaide MRI East. Congratulations on great service and customer care. 6 stars!
I couldn’t be more impressed by the service and treatment I received today. All the staff were polite friendly professional and efficient. I had three services all carried out with no wait between each service. Excellent impression and would highly recommend this provider to anyone .
