Can I just say here that the two women I dealt with on reception are amazing. And the delivery truck driver was careful, and considerate. And leave it there.nNow to dispatch. Expected a delivery following confirmation of their phone call.nOnly to be a no show. No call.nA fortnight later the same thing only this time when I rang the poor woman on the phone discovered my freight wasn't even on truck and no communication on Friday for a 12-5 delivery. I had arranged for it to be moved elsewhere but freight didn't arrive until following Tues. All in all they had my freight 18+ days. Despite them confirming twice and delivery times arranged. What a shameful waste of my time, my onsend courier money and a good company name. Want so much to recommend yet two separate orders in a row... Please stop and consider the damage to your reputation. Thank you.
Easy to find and they will load your freight even though they are personal items. Great service by all team members. Faster than normal couriers/OzPost too.
Our company wishes to thank the staff and especially Kade for their wonderful assistance regarding the emergency freight we required. They followed through from the beginning to the end. The freight got to its destination as per their assurance given. We have been trading with Mainfreight for over 20 years and their professional services have never disappointed. Well done to all... many thanks again.
Wow what a poor unprofessional company. They damaged our goods and then apparently lost our goods and for the last month have not been able to find them despite saying they had delivered them. There response is it's your problem and we don't have insurance for lost goods yet they still can't tell us where our goods are. If you charge for a service surely you have some responsibility to deliver that service. Well apparently not for this backyard outfit. Steer clear you have been warned.
The good: my order arrived.nThe bad: there was some damage on the delivery pallet, the cardboard on some of the items had been torn open and the delivery spent 4 days sitting in the Adelaide depot before someone got assigned to deliver it.nThe ugly: the delivery driver broke a large tree branch while trying to complete the final delivery.
