I'm giving a 1 star rating because of the old man that works there. He is a nice man but not good at his job. I asked for a 14 day pass to be put on my metro cars and he didn't put that amount on it but charged me for a 14 day pass. I will not be returning to this store ever again and I will be telling people about this as well

Clean & tidy. Friendly staff at xlotto. However, Disabled toilet door constantly opens up while you are in there, very upsetting - has been reported but continues to do it.

Good selection of greeting cards. BUT they have put their comic book section with their Adult Magazines!!! Highly inappropriate. Staff seem completely unfazed by this!

Staff were always rude, and one particular staff member often treated me with barely concealed contempt. I used this news agency for over 4 years, only because they stocked the newspapers I wanted, and they knew I would be in every fortnight. However, after putting up with their sour personalities for too long, the straw that finally broke the camel's back, was when I went to get my usual purchases, they were out of stock, and when I inquired at the counter, staff member said try another news agency, and that what finally flipped it for me, I went to another news agency, and got them to order the newspapers I want.

I remember just how much time I spent on this street, especially here at the newsagency. Right after school, I would hop on the bus and head down to Rundle Mall, the stretch of pedestrian mall in the city and just escape. This is where most of the main shops and department stores are, as well as the cinemas just at the corner. I would spent most of my time in the newsagency because I was really into tech and spent most of my time reading tech magazines after tech magazines. Of course, being a sleepy city, shops do close at 5 or 6 and that’s when I hope on the bus back home. It’s almost a daily routine.

Fabulous store. Huge range of cards magazines and gifts. They have lotto and its so easy to get around. Just downstairs off Rundle Mall.

I was charging 20$, but still have 50 cents surcharge, it’s so crazy

Poor customer service, rude and like I was interrupting his busy schedule.
