Went here tonight as always and staff were unfriendly when ordering, being very inpatient when we choosing our tea. After I mentioned I have member ship and scanned, previous staff usually asked me if want to used the money in membership, without asking I paid and I asked her whether I have credit in my membership and she said “well you really have to ask me before you pay, now since you paid you can use and check next time!” I am surprised with the response and how disrespect the customer service is. Well even though I have credit I will not come to the shop again as there is so many other bubble tea at Sunnybank
A very high tech, unique bubble tea store. It is decorated in this futuristic way, with interesting seating and colours. The benches for sitting aren’t the most ergonomic but they sure leave an impression.nnThe drinks are highly customisable and the staff are friendly. I recommend it if you’re in the area and love bubble tea. They definitely seem like higher quality drinks and the decor and shop seem slightly higher end than other bubble tea shops.
Clearly open until 10pm on a Friday night. I arrived not too long after 9pm. Had a look inside and not one customer was there so I thought to ask if they were still open before walking in. Lady in the store gave an absolute miserable look as if it was a burden to have anyone come in when they should still be operating. No greeting upon arrival, no effort, no sincerity at all. Couldn’t imagine the low effort drinks they make while working with that attitude. I walked straight out and suggest you to do the same or just avoid this place completely.
My current favourite bubble tea store. Not only is the store beautifully designed great photo opportunity, their teas are fragrant as well. Looking forward to them having a membership card or a larger cup size currently only offering one size. The price is around $7 per cup.
My recent visit to Addictea Sunnybank Hills left me deeply disappointed and disgusted. As I was enjoying my tea, I was startled to feel something hard in my mouth. To my utter shock and dismay, it turned out to be a fake nail submerged in my drink! This blatant disregard for basic food safety standards is not only unacceptable but downright appalling.nnFinding foreign objects in one's food or drink is not only a health hazard but also a clear indication of poor hygiene practices within the establishment. As a customer, I expect to enjoy my meal or beverage without the fear of encountering such repulsive surprises. The fact that something as unsanitary as a fake nail made its way into my drink speaks volumes about the lack of attention to cleanliness and quality control at Addictea Sunnybank Hills.nnNeedless to say, I will never set foot in Addictea Sunnybank Hills again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear as well. Such blatant negligence should not be rewarded with patronage. My experience serves as a cautionary tale, highlighting the importance of vigilance when it comes to choosing where to dine or drink.
