Products very good, store didn't feel too shady, and the staff didn't make my hubby and I feel anymore embarrassed than we already felt being in an adult store. The products we purchased are great! I did get the sense that they misinterpreted our nervousness for an intention to steal as they requested to keep our bags up the front and the lady stood outside the door while we were near it, but I bet they get a lot of theft so no harm done.nnWould recommend!
Came here during a recent holiday from Sydney. The store is welcoming and the guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful and didn't have that stereotype creepy vibe which was fantastic! I felt very comfortable in the store and I'm very happy with my purchases that day. I just wish there was a bigger variety of the lingerie and costumes in plus size
Absolutely worst qualitative and quantitative range of toys particularly if you are a cis gendered woman with a functioning clitoris. I paid $59.95 for a pickle shaped vibrator with a non-rechargeable AAA battery which, on its highest setting, felt so underwhelming that its vibrations took me longer to get off than the quick wash cycle on my nan’s Fisher & Paykel dishwasher from the 70’s. I would go as far as to say this was an unserviceable and not fit for purpose product which was a flagrant breach of my rights as a consumer. Also smelled strange inside the store. Would not recommend. Yikes
I absolutely loved the service here, the two girls were friendly and helpful, helping me choose the right tool for the job without ever making me feel embarrassed. I would absolutely recommend going to Adam and Eve in Fyshwick if you want the same experience.
The store owner was very rude. I returned an item because it didn’t work but instead of replacing it or giving me a refund, they banned me from the shop. He said it was because he was losing a lot of money when giving refunds. Also I am in a wheelchair and was with my carer at the time. Really user about this experience and I won’t ever go back!
