The customer service from Maria, late on a Friday night, was exceptional. She was helpful, friendly and I will definitely shop there again. Rare to receive such good service.

I bought a pair of sleepers for my husband who’s fifo, I asked the sales person if is not fit can I return it , I not even pay for they told to me if is worn we won’t return it and we will know if he’s using it and don’t try to return it! What kind of sales is it ? Unfortunately he didn’t like it I had to bring it back, the tag was on it , stickers on the button, not even tried on , not welcoming , she didn’t say anything when you turned into the store ,no smile and she asked have you worn it ? How he wear it when is tight together with the tag and if I take it off that will shows !  I signed a least 3 receipt for it! Wasting paper wasting customers good for window shopping this store

Very rude salesperson today.  Beware if you try to return something to the Morley Galleria store if it's been purchased at another Adairs store - they refuse to do it even though that's against company policy.  The staff at the Belmont store are much more professional and friendlier so I will be going back there even though it's further to travel  even

Went to Adairs Morley to look for a throw rug. I found what I wanted and went to the counter. The woman who served me saw that I was pregnant and asked me how much longer I had. I told her I had about 8 weeks to go. She turned around and told me I looked soooo big and frowned. Her whole demeanour was negative. I would never go there again! I’m appalled how any store rep can do that to any customer. I felt really disheartened. Avoid this place at all costs!

First time i went into this store. Thought i'd give small businesses a go. Bought something but can't say the staff was friendly nor helpful. Could be that the item i bought was not a big enough sale. Won't go in there again. Happy to keep buying my towels and manchester from Myer next door.

If you're looking for a 5 star linen this is the place to go. Three quality of their bed sheets is superior. I love the bamboo sheets. Maybe not the best for winter but definitely good in summer. They are fresh and smooth like silk. You try them once and you can't stop anymore. Now finally they have more items for super king size beds. They also have new quilts made from Australia. I've just bought the 100% wool and I'm very happy with that

Love the quality of Adair’s linen but the mature aged women working at the Morley store has put me off buying in store. She rudely shouted at everyone entering the store to sanitise before entry. The sanitising wasn’t at all the issue, it was the way in which this lady spoke to the customers.

Last week I went into this store and the lady working there bumped into me and did not even acknowledge my presence, just continued with what she was doing. Went back today with my sister. We were the only people in the store. The same lady was working and we instantly felt like ghosts. No hello, no nothing. Just felt really uncomfortable. Love adairs but ill just shop online.

Lovely products at good prices but staff are more interested in talking between themselves than serving customers.

Extremely good service,  wonder stuff very nice people I have to say.
