Another excellent experience at Manningham Medical Centre! I moved to the area recently, and went in search of a new optometrist, did a bit of research and decided to try Acuity Eyecare after some other very positive experiences at the centre. I honestly couldn't recommend Acuity highly enough. The receptionist I wish I'd got her name to include here was so warm, patient, and incredibly attentive, helping me sort through at least a dozen frames to find the right pair, and without being pushy towards the most expensive. I then had the pleasure of dealing with Erica, who was the optometrist on staff yesterday, and again was incredibly warm, patient, and kind, despite my tendency to talk the ear off anyone who'll listen. She took all of my questions seriously, without being dismissive, and both ladies were perfect examples of what healthcare and retail should look like. I definitely recommend Acuity, and I will absolutely be going back.

The level of attention & care from the friendly Acuity team is second to none. My family has been under the guidance & care of Quent Wain for the past 11 years. Quent accurately diagnosed an exotropia in my son when he was just 3 years old. Quent referred my son to the guidance of the best specialist in this field but at the same time suggested we could also try a computer based eye muscle correction training program- for a fraction of the financial & emotional cost/risk of the alternative surgery. The success rate was 100%, my son regained full control over that eye that used to turn outwards, without the need for surgery. Another great thing about Quent - my 3 kids have been wearing contact lenses from a young age, again thanks to Quent’s knack for guiding & assisting kids who are genuinely eager to see the world clearly without always wearing glasses. It’s a blessing when you have great professional care and our optom needs are more than met by Acuity. I highly recommend them!
