Great experience as the seller with Bev Heymans, who has been positive, yet realistic, genuine and who kept me updated throughout the sales campaign and made sure she got the best buyers for me and my property. She also was very realistic not to push for an ad campaign around 10-15k that is often more about advertising real estate companies than about getting the best result, which I noticed some other agents do. I felt that at all time she loved my property, represented me well and knew what mattered to me as the seller, whilst also understanding the buyer. Couldn't recommend her highly enough!
