It’s a shame that a business with such high rated reviews can’t communicate effectively with one another. Have had ZERO updates on what’s happening with our pool. If I could rate lower than one star I would… so be grateful you get one ‘well done’ sticker out of 5.

I couldn't give less than one star. It seems that while it's been a long time since the previous review of active pool supplies Bundall, not a thing has changed! I have been disgusted with the lack of regard, lack of respect and extreme failure to provide any sort of customer service! I was assured that I would receive a call today following a visit to the store yesterday.  I was told that not only would I be contacted, but that I would be receiving a full refund for the faulty pool cleaner I have been attempting to get a satisfactory outcome to since early Dec last year. I have contacted the store repeatedly and each time promised that someone would get back to me............. Dominic, Rachel and guy whose name I don't know but who I have known from Swimart palm beach all assured me they would resolve the issue............. When I was in store I was told that the amount I paid was not able to be refunded? Took my money yet can't give it back?? If the eftpos is good enough to take my money it can surely give it back when active pool supplies fail to stand by their products and their word. I will not be doing business with this company again.

I find my local APS Runaway Bay staff and services to be excellent. Many more happy years to come. Can't beat 5 stars.

Very helpful. We had a really friendly guy sell us a Dolphin s200 pool cleaner about 6 weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon. He was very friendly and funny  We couldn’t be more happy with the pool cleaner he recommended for us, it has been great and a lot better than our previous Zodiac one. Thanks

Have been a customer of APS Bundall for over 12 years. Always great advice and efficient friendly staff.

The team here seem very knowledgeable and take time to explain the pool test results. If uncertain the staff have asked for senior second opinion which is reassuring.

Sorry to see Paul has left, he was wonderful in the shop. I have Warren and newcomer Blake looking after me, lovely gentlemen, very knowledgeable and professional. A pleasure to deal with.

We have been getting monthly maintenance from APS for years. Over the last few months we have had pool technician Paul do our service and I can't say enough good things about him. His attitude is always friendly, he works hard and is really kind to my dog when he is in the yard. Although pool salt has been sort on supply recently he worked with me to find alternatives to stop my pool from going green. Great job and great company. I would definitely recommend them.
