The two girls on today could not be more helpful and the store was spotless. Got a great deal on a gym towel with the one day sale so I was wrapped.

To be honest doesn’t even deserve this star . Service none .. so disappointing.. I’ll never set foot in this store again .. seriously I’m not 21 tall and skinny maybe Laura Jane should be addressing  these low reviews..

Customer service is fantastic at this store. The two girls on when I went worked really well together and gave me heaps of options! They were so patient with all my changes and me find the perfect tights

Tall skinny girl was too busy chatting on her mobile to serve me. When I finally had a chance to ask about an item's availability, she was short and borderline rude, as though she'd made her sales for the day and mine didn't matter. Won't be returning.

Fantastic team and classes. I do not work for LJ but I can tell you that the staff is nice, courteous and even one speaks Spanish! hooray! Yes, I am  bilingual  ! They really don't ignore you and acknowledge your presence

Asked to talk to Lorna Jane but apparently it's the name of the shop , not a person

It took 25 mins for a coffee to be made for me today to which when I first stood at the counter, I had to stand there for 5mins before the girl stopped eating to then serve me. In the end I didn't even get a coffee, rude and not organised.
