Who in their right mind thought 700Ping was ever acceptable
I was debating if I should trust a small company over a big company, well I did and it was the biggest mistake. I have had nothing but dropouts, and when you do call your number 400 in the Que. Talk about customers service then they dare to send me an email saying my plan is increasing. Well, you know what I'm done.
Worst customer service I have experienced. Paying for constant dropouts. No refunds. They’re increasing the price of plans and can’t even answer my calls. On hold for hours upon hours still never getting through to anyone. Don’t waste your time or money
