Excellent service. I recently replaced my ducted gas heating system and have nothing but praise for the attention and service received from the staff in the shop who were extremely helpful, through to the installation and follow-up inspection. Definitely recommend.
My experience with them was excellent , had problems with the unit fitted and once reported they contacted Panasonic and the unit was replace under warranty . Their team were very professional .

We had installed 2 split systems at home. The whole experience has been nothing but pleasant. From the sales process all the way through to the installation. The staff at the office and the installers are all very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.
Our hot water system blew up last night, so I contacted the ActewAGL Energy Shop in Fyshwick at 8:30am, by 3:15pm we had a new system installed. The service was A+ from my initial phone call right through to installation. Thank you so much, others can learn a lesson from you.
