Do NOT work for this incompetent company. Will not pay you for your shifts correctly ever, they will NOT reply to your messages, calls, shift requests. They WILL suddenly not roster you on and wont reply to your calls when you want to know when your next shift is. They WILL hide away when you enter the office to confront managers to ask when your next shift is. They will give you a shift and when you arrive, tell you your shift has been replaced and send you home.nnIt is a horrible workplace, and a horrible agency. They also need a WHS audit as no one has a license to operate the forklifts in the warehouse
ACFS eSolutions was a letdown from the get-go. Their management is a mess, with zero communication skills. A female worker, let down for a job at Kmart’s pick packing department just because of her gender. I was recruited through Labour Power in Prestons, but things turned sour fast.nnI had to take just one day off for a personal matter, and when I came back, I was replaced without a heads-up. The supervisor blamed it on Labour Power’s poor communication, but it’s funny how they managed to contact them to replace me.nnI tried reaching out to Labour Power and ACFS e Solutions via email, calls, and texts for almost a week, but got no response. They used to be quick to reply, but now they seem to care more about ignoring me than fixing their mistakes. Steer clear of ACFS eSolutions they don’t care about their workers.nnI went to ACFS e-solutions to see what was going on with my shifts. The supervisor was in a meeting, and we made eye contact, so I went downstairs and waited until they finished their meeting. The supervisor walked past from the second story and had a clear view of me sitting down. She used the back exit to avoid confrontation. I looked for her everywhere and it turns out that she was hiding behind a cigarette bin with a chair against the wall slouching, which I barely saw her until I walked further down. How is that professional?nnAnother thing to mention they use a few Crown MPC electric standing forklift that can reach up to 4.3m high. They told everyone that doesn’t have a forklift license just to use it due to lack of equipments to use for everyone to use… which we need license to operate it. They also hide when the safety manager comes and visit and tell them to hop off when he’s close by so they won’t get caught. That’s highly illegal and poor WHS.
